Welcome to Go4u. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Go4u ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Go4u is a global task marketplace that connects task requesters ("Requesters") with local agents ("Agents") who can complete tasks on their behalf. Go4u acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the agreements between Requesters and Agents.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Roles
4.1 Requesters
Requesters are users who create tasks and hire Agents to complete them. Requesters agree to:
- Provide accurate task descriptions
- Pay the agreed-upon amount for completed tasks
- Communicate respectfully with Agents
- Confirm task completion in a timely manner
4.2 Agents
Agents are users who complete tasks for Requesters. Agents agree to:
- Complete tasks as described and agreed upon
- Communicate honestly about their capabilities
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Comply with all applicable local laws
5. Payments and Escrow
5.1 Escrow System
When a deal is confirmed, the Requester's payment is held in escrow by Go4u. Funds are released to the Agent only after the Requester confirms task completion.
5.2 Fees
Go4u charges a service fee on each transaction. Current fees are displayed during the checkout process.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds may be issued at Go4u's discretion in cases where tasks are not completed as agreed. Disputes are handled through our resolution process.
6. Volunteer Tasks
Some tasks may be designated as volunteer tasks with no monetary compensation. For these tasks, Agents receive a certificate of completion instead of payment.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Circumvent the payment system
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
Go4u and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Go4u and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Go4u is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount held in escrow for any given transaction.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users will be reviewed by Go4u's support team. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes, including refunds or payment releases.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
